What We're About

Why Novō Adventures?

AN ORGANISATION MAKING A DIFFERENCE

Novō Adventures is a new adventure tourism company based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. 100% of Novō Adventures’ profits are donated to our charity sister organisation, Novō Communities, created to help men find recovery from addiction. Currently Novō Communities manages a fully residential rehabilitation centre in the heart of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Novō Adventures was purchased by the founders of Novō Communities to provide an income generating business to help the rehabilitation centre move from a donation-based charity model to a replicable self-sustaining model to be expanded upon across Bolivia and the developing world.

Novō Adventures’ staff are passionate about motorcycle riding, adventure tourism, the country of Bolivia, and helping people. We believe this business’ bottom line is to help those in need, not to maximise profits. Our goal is to help people have the best experience of Bolivia they can while ensuring their money is going toward changing lives. We’d love to have you travel with us.

NOVŌ COMMUNITIES

Novō exists to create transformational communities in developing nations where hurting and broken people can find healing, wholeness and hope.

Novō empowers national leaders to launch recovery communities which are effective, sustainable. Founded in 2015, we currently operate projects in Santa Cruz and Tarija, both in Bolivia. Our goal is to see Novō communities transforming lives across the developing world.

Our approach builds on the work of Yeldall Manor, a respected UK charity which has been providing drug and alcohol rehabilitation for over 40 years, in ways which fit the cultural, economic and social realities of each local context.

Novō Communities operate according to a Christian ethos; focus on the whole person; partner with local organizations; and promote freedom and responsibility.

Novō Communities is a registered charity in the UK (No. 1164421).
